MASOOR DHAL (red lentils) is light and easy to digest. Ready mixed with a blend of Indian spices suitable for all Ayurvedic

DIRECTIONS (for 4)
Shake to evenly mix the spices and lentils. Add 1 Tbsp Sol Ghee or Coconut Oil (vegan) to a pot, pour in the dhal mix, lightly fry for 1 min. Add 6 cups of water, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 15-20 mins until tender, stirring
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve over basmati rice with a side of roast pumpkin wedges. Garnish with fresh coriander, chillies for extra heat, or
yoghurt. So easy and delicious!
