Wild caught means the fish lived and fed as nature intended, which shows in both the colour and the taste.
Harris Smokehouse has been smoking and processing fish for over 50 years out of Mount Barker in South Australia. These burgers are snap frozen to lock in freshness and separate easily straight from the freezer — no defrosting required before cooking.
Cook them on the BBQ or pan fry on medium heat for 14 minutes, turning frequently. They hold together well and don't fall apart on the grill. Serve on a toasted bun with avocado and coleslaw, or keep it simple and eat them straight off the pan with a squeeze of lemon.
