Umeboshi Vinegar is made with organically grown Ume plums, the Far Eastern equivalent of 'an apple a day'.
Using traditional Japanese methods, the plums are pickled with Shiso leaves, then pressed into a deliciously tart and salty vinegar, without heat or chemicals.
Use to add flavour and goodness to dressings, marinades, stir-fries, soups and more.
