Tongue scraping is a method of cleaning the tongue to remove any coating, mucous and other debris that may have accumulated overnight. This is most easily achieved using a well designed tongue scraper or cleaner, commonly made from Copper with natural anti-bacterial action. Stainless steel has a tendency to rust and lacks anti-bacterial action. We therefore only stock copper tongue cleaners.
