.The Strawberry Gum tree is native to the Northern Tablelands of New South Wales and is renowned for the unique, sweet berry aroma and taste of its leaves. Australian Indigenous people would often chew on the leaves or place them over the fire to release the oils inside to treat stomach issues. Strawberry Gum leaves have a wonderful sweet, fruity and slightly acidic taste with notes of strawberry and passionfruit.
All of the Australian Bush Flavourings are infused with the uniquely fresh, fruity and slightly tropical flavour of Elderflower. Elderflower is a herbaceous or woody shrub that blooms small, white, delicate flowers which are known to be rich in flavonoids and has been commonly used to treat colds and flus.
