Suzy Spoon's vegan gravy mix makes a rich, thick, full bodied gravy. This gravy mix is made to enhance a variety of family meals, from pies to roast dinners and bangers and mash.
Its blended with traditional herbs giving it a smell of your classic roast dinner.
Instructions-
Put 3 tablespoons of gravy mix into a small saucepan. Add 1 cup of cold water. Whisk with a fork for 20 seconds to dissolve any lumps. Put on the stove on medium heat. Stir often for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Tip- Gravy will thicken when left to sit after cooking. For a thinner gravy only use 2 tablespoons of gravy mix to 1 cup of water.
