Brain & Nerve Tonic
Organic Brahmi is used in traditional medicine for longevity and cognitive enhancement. May assist with mild reduction in anxiety. May contribute to improved memory after approximately a month of consumption. May protect cells and help repair cellular damage. Free radical scavenger/ good antioxidant.
DIRECTIONS Infuse ½ to 1 teaspoon with 1 cup of near boiling water. Steep for 8-10 minutes, strain and pour. Rosemary or
ginger may be added to enhance flavour.
Up to 2 cups daily per adult. Adjust to taste. Half strength for children.
