Kehoes organic Aussie ginger is fully fermented before being jarred. This fermentation pre-digests the ginger making it easier to tolerate, preserves beautifully and packs it full of probiotics.
USE: Keep refrigerated. Use it raw to make probiotic smoothies, juices, salad dressing or dips. Use instead of a tea bag or fresh ginger to make tea. Take a teaspoon straight up if you’re feeling sick. Or add to curries and stir-fries as you would normal ginger. It’s best to add to hot dishes at the end of the cook once the heat is switched off to maintain maximum nutritional benefits.
