HOW TO PREPARE: For stovetop reheating place the frozen rice in a saucepan, add 2–3 tablespoons of water or broth to the pan. Cover with a lid and heat over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally. Break-up any clumps with a spoon as the rice thaws and heats. Reheat for 5–7 minutes until the rice is fully warmed through. Serve with your favourite curry. You can also place thawed in the oven with lid off until heated through, this may result in a slightly crispy top layer.
